The Clinical and Experimental Gynecology & Obstetrics published a study in which 11 subjects with painful periods were given acupuncture treatment for three-period cycles. At the end of the three cycles, symptoms had all but disappeared in all 11 subjects, with the greatest decrease found in those suffering from dysmenorrheal.
Research Says
“Acupuncture and diagnostic testing, with personalized wellness plans are found to help menopausal women with hot flashes, night sweats, and flushing. A 12-month study by researchers at Wake Forest School of Medicine and Duke University School of Medicine found that subjects improved by almost 40%, and those changes lasted at least six months beyond the study. Most subjects saw improvement after three treatments!”
There’s another way.
If you’re not experiencing monthly rounds of PMS, then your days are a fog of exhaustion that keeps you from being your best.
Women’s bodies are complex, which means women deserve holistic care from their healthcare providers. You deserve a professional approach that recognizes you’ve got obligations, responsibilities, and goals. You need a plan that understands you have a life to live.
Improve your energy
Regain your physical and emotional health
Improve mental clarity
Pain pills work for only a few hours, if at all. Diet and exercise have helped, but not as much as you need. Fertility and in vitro treatments are expensive and carry unique risks.
Hormone therapy can have dramatic side-effects and increase your risk of breast cancer. Modern science hasn’t discovered a pill to make your body cooperate, and you certainly can’t take time off from your life to lay in bed and wait for things to get better. That means you’re just going to have to ride it out, right?
